June 2020 – Locked down but we Rock (and sew)

Kenya Quilt Guild held their monthly meeting after months over Zoom. Zoom had been a great platform since we are still months away from meeting in person. It was very pleasant to see everyone and the beautiful quilts that have been busy with. Our members were very happy to see each others “Covid” creations. Some of our very dedicated members were busy making face masks for donations.
The ‘Show and Tell’ was followed by a very useful presentation by Rohini Desai. Rohini showed the different types of bobbins and their cases, how to wind them to have perfect stitches.
